I would like to thank-you for the excellent colour consultation I received a few weeks ago. It was truly a very worthwhile experience and I gained much needed knowledge and advice about colours that suit my skin tone. Thank-you for making me feel very welcome in your home and making me feel instantly relaxed, as well as spending more time with me than I’m sure I was booked in for! You had wonderful knowledge and experience and I could truly see how the colours you advised me to wear really did suit me and helped to enhance my features. I have since been on holiday overseas and the colour swatch came in incredibly handy. It is so great now to go into a shop and cut down on the time I use to spend deciding if a clothing colour suited me. It is also so exciting when you see an item of clothing you really like and it is in your colour range! I found the make-up session incredibly useful and what a wonderful confidence boost when seeing the colours and make-up together!! I have told many of my friends and family about my experience Jan and have highly recommended you.
Oparau-Hauturu Women’s Group were extremely fortunate to have Jan Fisher (Image Coach) as our guest speaker. Jan presented to us a very informative talk with the main focus on Colour and Style. Jan certainly has an unique ability to portray her vast skills and knowledge and at no point did Jan make any of us feel inadequate with our dress sense. Everyone present went home with many valuable key points and a greater understanding of colour and style. Jan has a great talent and is very passionate about sharing this.

I received a consultation with Jan Fisher for colour and style. I was totally “blown away” with my consultation as Jan went way beyond my expectations. I truly believe that I did receive value for my money. Jan has an amazing ability to advise and guide, and her passion and sincerity really shines through. Thank you Jan.
I have attended many workshops held by image coach Jan Fisher, and have found them to be very enjoyable and helpful. The workshop held on 9th May, 2009 with the theme of `Weeding out your wardrobe’ was particularly worthwhile, giving me the courage to throw out many `old faithfulls’ that I never wear.
Jan is a very experienced and professional coach, who gives realistic advice on all aspects of dress sense and style, and I would certainly recommend Jan to anyone looking for expert guidance to improve their image.

Jan gave me advice on the two important elements of looking good – colour and shape. I am thrilled with the result. She helped me understand what colours that suited me best and how to achieve a stunning new style. Jan suggested how I could look good for my daughter’s wedding and her advice has made me look so much better generally.

Thank you so much for organizing such a great evening. One we could all learn from as well as have fun. I know how much time and effort t goes into these things and really appreciate all you managed to arrange for us. Hopefully it will be a win win with all the comments we have heard back. What a skill you have it does need to be used more too.On behalf of all of us my sincere thanks

As a busy business woman this seminar, facilitated by Jan Fisher, was one of the most useful and enjoyable events I have ever attended. From the beginning Jan created a relaxed atmosphere where we women could feel comfortable and secure in the knowledge that soon we would see ourselves transformed by her magic.
Jan covered a range of topics from individual ‘colours’ to body shapes, styles and personalities, proportions and everything in between. There was even time for a presentation on accessories and jewellery. The time flew by and at the end I had a swatch of ‘my colours’ on handy little plastic cards which now go everywhere with me and a whole book reminding me of my unique shapes, best necklines, skirt and pant lengths, best fabrics to flatter my body and lots of interesting snippets of fashion advice. It has saved me lots of time when shopping as I now go straight to the colours which I know will suit me, avoid the fabrics which I know will not and has helped me put together a wardrobe of clothes I really love.
This was time well spent and money well invested.

The team had a fantastic time at your interactive for our Xmas workshop /seminar. They thoroughly enjoyed learning more about some tricks of the trade, rules of what to/what not to do and how best to present themselves not only for work but also personally as well. It has been great to see that your words of wisdom are still being remembered today. We have some new team members now and they have been asking for us to do it again!
Thank you so much for the colour and style workshop you recently conducted for my client group. I am sure each woman will write to you with their own thanks, so for me. As a designer, I can easily get carried away – or indeed stuck – in my own style. You have provided the added scope and possibilities that will not only lend towards my own professional image and style but will also greatly assist me in designing clothes for other women.
I now know what to look for, especially in regard to body shape and balance points. With having had you complete my individual colour and style analysis, I can confidently shop for my own fabric, clothes and accessories that I know will suit me and not have ‘second guess’ anything. A big plus is that I have not had to clear out my entire wardrobe to start again because you have highlighted ways in which I can use all my clothes to best advantage. Having now put the workshop learning into practice, I feel absolutely wonderful, knowing I look good.

All the information and various hints during the workshop were of great value as was the entire afternoon. Indeed, we certainly got extremely good value for money. I would recommend for anyone to do the workshop – it’s a great way to learn about yourself and others, to participate and see how the colour and style analysis is formed. (Let’s go shopping!)Thank you once again for your time and the positive changes you have brought about.

I took part in Jan’s workshop with a small group of women. While I’ve “had my colours done” in the past, this workshop offered so much more. One of the most enjoyable aspects was the interaction with the other participants! We learnt a great deal from working together. Shopping has now become so easy!!! No longer am I a “sale whore” (Carson Kressley, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy): wrong scale, wrong shape, or wrong length for me, means stop! put it back!!!
Choosing dress patterns is equally easy – I have saved myself so much time looking for things! The full value of the workshop has been brought home to me in planning a 7-week trip to the US. Normally I would pack everything I could fit in – JIC (just in case)! And I’d end up not wearing things. Colour blocking, mix ‘n’ matching garments, accessorising to dress up (or down) had made my one suitcase (no longer TWO!) so much lighter! I’d recommend this workshop to anyone who likes to dress well and wants to build knowledge and confidence. I think it is an investment in looking good.

On behalf of the Executive Committee I send our thanks and warmest congratulations to you for your excellent presentation you gave at our recent Cowshed to Catwalk day. Many comments have been made – all positive, all reflecting the benefits that those who attended have gained.Your well prepared and very polished presentation, with so many interesting “props”, was an absolute delight to watch and listen to.
So many women have commented on how much they have gained from watching your practical demonstrations of what not and what to wear. They found you to be so approachable and willing to answer their questions and share your knowledge and skills. It was a wonderful day. Our ‘cowshed’ girls looked stunning as ‘catwalk’ girls and your part in that process will be something they remember for a long time. Your warm and relaxed manner mixed with just the right air of authority gave them the confidence to trust you and relax into the day.
The discount vouchers you gave for the Pamper Packs are much appreciated – I’m sure these will be used by quite a few of the audience. We trust you enjoyed your introduction to ‘Rural Women’ and thank you for assisting each one to feel special in some way…and please remember…there’s only one way to swing a gate on a windy day.
Sue Hall CEO – Rural Women
“You have a gift, I’m sure many of us came to the workshop feeling like we had little bits and pieces of the do and don’ts (basically completly confused, but you were able to assimulate it all together so that the right codes were put in place. Bringing clarity through all you shared, I now have more keys to move on in greater confidence to continue opening doors along the whole adventure of expressing outwardly the person I am inwardly.
You give people the combination to unlock that annoying lock thats been sitting, waiting for the right sequence to come along. When I was thinking about how much you must give out of yourself and how many people must come to you hoping to glean all they can from you, I thought of this verse from the bible that goes “A generous woman will prosper; she who refreshes others will she herself be refreshed.” Proverbs 11:25 (amplified). So I hope and trust that as you give out you will also be filled back up, ready to give out again.
ps I look forward to when you do a colour workshop, if you do those too.”
